A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF HAVRE DE GRACE, MARYLAND PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ARTICLE OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND AND CITY CHARTER SECTIONS 33 AND 34, IN SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY LEGACY GRANT APPLICATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018 TO THE MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION SEEKING FINANCING FOR COMMUNITY LEGACY PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF HAVRE DE GRACE, MARYLAND. THIS RESOLUTION SUPPORTS THE REQUEST IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 FOR FAÇADE IMPROVEMENT FOR THE HAVRE DE GRACE MAIN STREET DISTRICT.
