AN AMENDMENT OF THE HAVRE DE GRACE CITY CHARTER SECTION 18 BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF HAVRE DE GRACE, MARYLAND REQUIRING VOTER APPROVAL IN ORDER TO CHANGE SALARY OF THE MAYOR AND TO CONFIRM THAT THE SALARY OF THE MAYOR SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE CITY VOTERS.
