Within the City of Havre de Grace and throughout Harford County, students of all ages have a wide variety of opportunities for life-long learning. Starting with early childhood programs to an outstanding K-12 public school system, our youth are prepared for the world of higher education and employment. Within a very short distance, we have Harford Community College, Cecil College, and access to the H.E.A.T. Center, - a satellite campus of the University of Maryland System. For our senior citizens, there is an excellent program offered at our Activity Center through the Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation and Harford Community College.
