For Disabled Veterans who have appointments at Perry Point or Baltimore...
Citizens are to call the Main line for Perry Point Hospital, phone # 410-642-2411; ext for Disabled American Veterans (which is a separate entity from Perry Point Hospital) is 5384.
Citizens must have an appointment with the VA hospital (Perry Point or Baltimore) to obtain transportation. A request for transportation must be submitted five days in advance.
Anyone interested in volunteering to be a driver for (DAV) Disabled American Veterans can call the same number.
Please note: This service is only for veterans who do NOT have transportation. If they have transportation, they cannot use this service.
