a. Approval of Lease between Mayor and City Council of HdG, a Maryland Municipal Corporation ("City") and Ed Sheets, t/a Chesapeake Cycle and Sports ("Lessee").
b. Approval of License Agreements: 1)Fence at 733 Warren Street- Request for Approval to Remove Portion of Fence on Juniata Street Right-of-Way by approximately eight (8) feet; 2)Review of two (2) signs to replace sign faces within structures that are in City right-of-way but were existing prior to License Agreements (HdG United Methodist Church);3) Request for a 3 foot white picket fence in a portion of front and side yard of 301 Bourbon Street;
c. (Cont'd) 4) Request for partial demolition of existing screened porch and add on of replacement porch at 566 Otsegto Street.
d. Approval of Special Events: 1) "Gospel Cinema" - to be held at Battery Court Playground - July 18, 2009 (5:00-10:00 p.m.) Sponsored by: Greater Grace Church of the Chesapeake; 2)"National Estuary Day" - to be held at Conquest Point on September 26, 2009 (10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) Sponsored by: Chesapeake Heritage Conservancy;
