"A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of HdeG, Md. in support of the application to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for the submission of an application and receipt of financing for a Community Legacy Project in the City of HdeG, Md. This Resolution supports the funding of an improvement to the intersection of Green Street, Washington Street, and St. Johns Street for the purpose of improving the pedestrian

b. (Cont'd.) safety and aesthetics of the intersection. This project has been funded $40,000 directly by the Department of Housing and Community Development of the State of Maryland."
