a. "A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of HdeG, Md., to approve the lease of the City's Tydings Park Concession Stand Facility to Dana E. Caro., Jr., T/A Piedmont Properties, LLC."
b. "A Resolution by the Mayor and City Council of HdeG, Md., adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland, the provisions of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 76 of the Charter of HdeG, Md., to approve a lease of city property to the HdeG Chamber of Commerce, In., ("Chamber") by approving a lease extension for a portion of the City's Building located at 450 Pennington Ave. to the Chamber.
c. "A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of HdeG., Md., for the purpose of proposing for sale certain real property previously declared as surplus property and no longer needed for any public purpose or public use to Harford Habitat for Humanity, Inc."
