"A Resolution by the Mayor and City Council of HdeG, Md., adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland, the provisions of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 76 of the Charter of HdeG, Md., to approve a lease of city property to the HdeG Chamber of Commerce, In., ("Chamber") by approving a lease extension for a portion of the City's Building located at 450 Pennington Ave. to the Chamber.
