These projects, therefore, need to be re-funded in fiscal 2009 to authorize payment for completion of the projects and they will be principally funded through the carry-forward of unspent fiscal 2008 budgeted funds. Includes: #01-5-1091-6502: Lighthouse Pier ($359,800.00); #08-5-1839-6502: Pier Replacement ($1,082,900.00);

c. #09-9-1232-9024: Ontario Street Water Line ($1,000,000.00); and #09-9-1232-9025: Meter Changeout ($1,400,000.00)." Reasons for Adjustment: To carry forward In-Process Capital Projects originally projected to be completed by prior year end." (Presented by: Councilmember Ferguson)
