Annual Slip Contract Payment Schedule

• Slip Contracts will be mailed by November 1st
• Payment Options are as follows:
  • Option 1: A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 50% of the payment must be received by December 1st and balance will be due February 1st. Late charges of 10% will take effect February 15th and NO payments will be accepted past March 1st.
  • Option 2: In the event the 50% deposit is not received by December 1st, 100% of the slip contract payment will be due no later than December 31, late fees take effect January 15th and no payments accepted past January 31
